Description
‘White Lady’
3W-Y
[Leedsii, 4b]
(G. H. Engleheart, pre-1898; purportedly ‘Ornatus’ × N triandrus subsp pallidulus)
Perianth segments milk-white, spreading; margins wavy but never becoming propellor-shaped as in ‘Seagull’. Corona very variable: always deeply pleated, strong citron-yellow at first, and scented; sometimes with overlapping ruffles and fading to cream.
