Perianth segments, remarkably perpendicular to corona, soon pass to sulphury white, but stay clear yellow at base. Orange-stained corona becomes strong lemon, but prettily-ruffled rim remains tinged with orange. Formerly sold under trade name MIDTOWN TORCH.
