N. poeticus × N. tazetta. “Primrose Peerless” “common in every Countrey Garden” (Parkinson, 1629). Usually twin-flowered (also called “Twin Sisters”). Perianth clean white; corona small, shallow, dark lemon; sweet, slightly cloying (“stuffing”) scent.
