(Copeland, W.F.M., pre-1913)
Possibly the best-known ‘Orange Phoenix’ hybrid by W.F.M. Copeland, who pioneered breeding doubles from the 1890s and named this after his younger daughter. Neater and whiter than ‘Twink’, with fewer, more reddish coronal petaloids of greater contrast, E.A. Bowles (A Handbook of Narcissus, 1934) wrote, “… perhaps the best of the Incomparabilis doubles”.
