Above-average size by today’s standards, it must have seemed immense when exhibited in 1904. Clear, rich yellow corona widely expanded and deeply ruffled; milk-white perianth segments rather incurving. Hybrid vigour derived from ‘Horsfieldii’ x ‘Ornatus’.
